ABOUT ::

The founder of Tech Caddie, at one time, was a professional golf caddie who caddied for numerous top professional and amateur golfers. Yes, he has probably worked for, or met, one of your favorite golfers. Go ahead and ask him – he likely has a story to tell.

While plying this craft, he gained considerable insight on how to best work with customers as well as an appreciation for what great customer service truly is. He has since earned additional experience in other service roles and now considers himself somewhat of a connoisseur of good service. To that end, you can expect the following when dealing with Tech Caddie:

  • We will listen to what your needs are and craft solutions to meet your needs.
  • We will find and implement computer and networking solutions that help you work better instead of asking you to change your work habits to fit the solution. Yes, that really does happen with other shops.
  • We will train you extensively and make sure you understand how to use and leverage the solution we have designed and delivered to you.
  • We are fans of clean, elegant, and efficient designs. We carry this admiration over to the work we perform in the field so please, do not be surprised by our attention to detail.
  • Finally, we like it when technology simply “works”. We will ensure that all of your computer and networking technology simply works for you.

The goal of Tech Caddie is to provide the highest quality technical support and service in the most professional and courteous manner possible, period. To meet this goal, we have adhere to the following operating procedures:
